Successfully receive and sell parts using software.  Develop estimates with technicians and Service Team. Maintain relationships with Vendors. Assist walk in customers.  Return phone calls and emails promptly.  Shipping and receiving.  Keep parts department clean.  Year-end inventory counts.  Working every other Saturday during the summer.

  • Marina Operations Position – Algonac Harbour Club

Algonac Harbour Club, a large marina off the mouth of St. Clair River is seeking a yard worker for the upcoming busy boating season.
The work related candidate would possess a driver’s license, high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift objects up to 75lbs, and work outdoors in all elements.

Marina facilities operations/responsibilities
– Provide assistance in launch and haul out services for boats. Moving timbers and shoring blocks, assist in spotting during setting of boats, bottom washing before storage. Experience is a plus but willing to train
– Ability to operate marina equipment such has hoist, trailers, and tractors
– Keep marine grounds neat and organized with an emphasis on customer safety and satisfaction. Maintain landscaping: mowing, trimming, debris removal, etc.
– Operate and maintain company truck and equipment (truck, tractors, fork lifts, mowers, weed whips)
– Perform various facility maintenance duties and repairs on docks and facility grounds. Ensure dock structures are kept neat, clean and structurally safe
This is a full time seasonal position starts early spring for the launch season and continues into late fall (November) for haul out. Candidate will be laid off end of November and will be called back at earliest February to start on dock repairs.
We would like to find a candidate with the experience but we are willing to train the right individual.
